- Accounts Payable: ensure invoices are paid on time

Hello, it's so nice to meet you! Just wanted to share a few things so you can get to know me.I have been serving Interior Designers since 2018 as a Virtual Assistant and Procurement Specialist.Prior to working online, I worked for Costco Wholesale for 20 years, managing millions of dollars of inventory and processing orders. During my tenure at Costco, I learned the importance of having systems in place to ensure business success and continual growth. I know and understand the importance of providing a high level of service in an extremely fast-paced and ever-changing environment.I love to continue to challenge myself: from raising a teenager to doing intense Boot Camp workouts.My family and I have 2 dogs rescued from our local animal shelter along with 3 cats who are in charge of the dogs. Most of my weekends are spent on the soccer field cheering on my daughter's team.
Providing Interior Desingers with a a high-level of service for over 6 years sets me apart from other online service providers.
